You are correct!

Explaining the Results:

The thief could have left fingerprints on the Pokemon cards, but the Pokemon cards are gone. 

It couldn't be the computer, since there is no mention of a computer in Danny's room.

The thief must have gotten hurt when the Coca-Cola bottle broke.  The thief's blood was left on some pieces of glass as evidence to the crime.
